Ubuntu Strategic Development (Pty) Ltd is a diversified development, training and services company, and an entity within the Ndlovu Investment Group (NIG). We operate across training and skills development, telecommunications, mixed farming, plant production, and building and construction.
We are an entity within the Ndlovu Investment Group. This gives us access to shared expertise, complementary capabilities and operational support, while Ubuntu Strategic Development retains its own identity and delivers its services directly to clients.
We deliver five core services: Training & Skills Development, Telecommunications, Mixed Farming, Plant Production, and Building & Construction. Each can be delivered on its own or combined into an integrated solution.
We work with government departments, municipalities, state-owned entities, private-sector organisations, educational and training institutions, agricultural and telecommunications organisations, property and infrastructure developers, and community and non-profit organisations.
Yes. Our strength is combining complementary capabilities, for example pairing skills development with agricultural or construction work, so a single project can draw on several of our divisions.
We follow a structured process: we understand the client's requirements, plan the resources and approach, implement the work, monitor performance and quality, and deliver solutions designed to create sustainable value.
We provide practical training and skills development programmes, along with learner support and administration. For specific programme details or requirements, please get in touch and our team will be happy to assist.
